A 100% Personalised Service: First up, a consultation. Then we'll craft you a bespoke exercise plan – with a full coaching  each block  – tailored to your unique goals, your preferences and your (no doubt jam-packed) schedule. 

A Flexible Training Schedule: You'll access your training through a free app called Trainerise with a frequency that works for you. AND you can send exercise videos to us via the app for feedback on technique and form, reducing the risk of strains or injury.

Nutrition and Habit Support: Add in some optional extra coaching on nailing nutrition plus building habits and behaviours that stick. These are modest mindset shifts that take your health and fitness journey up another notch.

Weekly Check Ins: Need to be extra accountable? We've got you with a weekly remote check in with Kelly. You bet your arse we'll keep you on track and progressing. But with kindness and support, not criticism.
